I’m a biracial Assyrian and Italian American, a former educator of 15 years, and a therapist who believes that healing is both personal and political.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in education supporting young people, families, and communities as they navigated systems that weren’t always built with them in mind. That experience continues to shape my therapeutic approach: one that honors lived experience, centers relationship, and holds space for the complexities of identity, power, and belonging.
As your therapist, I offer warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for all the parts of you, especially the ones you’ve had to hide or protect. My work is rooted in the belief that therapy can be a space of liberation: a place to unlearn internalized narratives, reconnect with your truth, and imagine new ways of being in the world.
Whether you're coming to therapy to process pain, explore identity, or simply reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, compassion, and accountability. You deserve a space where you feel deeply seen and I’m honored to help create that with you.
